"I expected more from a 4-star hotel. I booked a couple nights but had to leave after one night for personal reasons. The only staff I interacted with was at check in/out. Service was okay but not as friendly or inviting as I would’ve liked. First issue I had was from the start. I had to scan my key card multiple times before I got the door to open (and this happened other times as well). Then, once in the room, as we were closing the window, we noticed a large bug on the side like it had been squished when the window was closed before. It looked dead and dried out like it had been there a long time. Couple of issues with the restroom. The doorknob was broken and detached from the door. The toilet didn’t flush properly although this was fixed once we made front desk aware. The beds were hard and not very comfortable. Overall, the room looked clean (aside from the dead bug) and the a/c worked very well. The hotel is also in a great location. All this being said, I would not recommend and don’t plan on staying here on my next visit."
