"Arrived at 4:30pm (check in listed as 3pm) and they had no clean rooms ready. We waited 30 mins and they offered us noon check out as an apology. Next morning the front desk started calling our room at 11:10 to ask why we were still there. We said they told us noon but still argued. Sooo"

"We were quite disappointed that Expedia was the most expensive than all of the other platforms our friends booked on. We all booked on the same day and they all had renovated upgraded rooms and we had a terrible old room. Thankfully after the first night the staff was helpful and changed our room."
