"1、月日の経ってる高級ホテルで、建物自体古さを感じるのは仕方ないが、客室の電球切れは少し残念に思いました。 2、王様のビュッフェを1番楽しみにしてましたが、期待度が高すぎて少しギャップを感じました。特に天ぷらは2品しかなくもっと種類が欲しかったです。子供向けの食事も有れば嬉しかってです。 3、館内は基本浴衣、スリッパでの移動はNG（チェックイン時に説明あり）でしたが、客室から浴場までの直通エレベーターがあり、そちらからの浴衣移動は可でした。（事前に説明なし。私服で浴場へ行き脱衣所で他のお客様が浴衣だったので後にわかりました）その事は案内用紙に小さく書かれていたので気がつきません。その他は大変満足できました。"

"Friendly ryokan style hotel with onsen and hot-stone sauna. Our room had a nice outdoor shower and private onsen. The restaurant served amazing food. It’s a popular family onsen, so expect it to be lively, especially during weekends. Absolutely recommended. "

"The bathroom had a pretty funky smell that never went away, and it seemed that their answer was to put a tiny bag of potpourri next to the toilet, but it could have used a more thorough cleaning. Otherwise, a very nice and helpful staff, great free shuttle for local hikes, and decent breakfast and dinner. Quiet and lovely spot by the river where many people were enjoying the water."

"This is a guesthouse, not a hotel. Be sure you know this before booking. You get a private room with bedrolls for the number of people you booked. The owner speaks English, and is willing to drive you to the train station, or supermarket if you need something. He will also pick you up if you are able to call in advance. The bathrooms were clean, and the owners very friendly! A great authentic Japanese experience!"

"Great stay! The staff were excellent and drove us to marina city. We had a simple but lovely breakfast and the staff were always very helpful. Would recommend to those who enjoy the beach! Thank you for the stay!!!"

"So easy to find in KIX. Follow the signs. Friendly and easy check in. Room is big and clean and has everything. Even robes. Restaurants and convenience stores right near lobby. Quiet and good sleeping."

"A very special property. More of an oasis inside the city than a “hotel”. An easy simple walk, even with luggage, from JR Rail/Bus drop off. Compared to the tiny hotel rooms of Tokyo, Yokohama you will not believe how spacious Dormy Inn’s rooms can be. Make sure to take advantage of their wonderful casual breakfast. The buffet has plenty of Japanese and Western offerings. And if you take advantage of the genuine onsen the pampering continues. We are grateful for the hospitality we enjoyed during our all too brief stay."
