"There was no-one around at Check-in and check-out and any other time in-between. The pool was green and spa not working and main building locked and empty. Our room keys were left in a basket at the front door. There was wi-fi but no password and therefore no wi-fi. The published numbers did not answer. The rooms seemed clean enough but it was a ghost town! I am surprised that this was still listed on hotels.com!"

"We didn't know we had reserved such a nice room, we were so surprised! The staff was super friendly and they had appetizers and drinks in the evening. The guests felt like family! The breakfast was good! The room was comfortable and quiet and really clean. We were sad to only be staying one night and we would 100% come back!!! The gym needs some work but that's my only suggestion. "
