"A solid 3 star resort. Below par in a lot of things to include having mould in the rooms and poor bedding. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken. We asked for a room change and still found the same issue such as broken fixture, mould and the bedding had an odour and lets not talk about the wifi. The island is beautiful thought with great staff and the food was good."

"We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. Rooms were clean and comfortable (our garden view even had a partial lagoon view), and the whole resort felt well maintained. "The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff were all lovely. During a power cut (due to a car taking out the powerlines not due to the resort) the staff came around with candles. The pool is very well maintained. Having our own reef shoes and snorkels was a good idea though there are plenty at the hotel. It would be good to see (at ALL the sea swimming sites) signs for people not to stand on the reefs if they are swimming as it wrecks them. The only minor issue we had was our doors...

"Had the most perfect stay in paradise. Everything you want for a relaxed island getaway. Accomodation was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful and excellent meals at the restaurant. We used the kayaks every day and snorkeled at the small reef to the east of the island. All villas appear to have water frontage. Could not recommend more highly if you are after a low key and relaxing escape "

"The Melanesian is a long-standing feature of the Port Vila accommodation scene and it's very well-priced. The Orchid Rooms are very pleasant but they all face onto the pool area. So you will want to have the windows shut if the music played at the bar and people's conversations bother you. The AC unit in my room did an OK job with keeping the room comfortable even with windows shut. The rooms have a good desk and small table for people needing to do work while there. "Beautiful boutique resort in secluded paradise. Stylish and well considered accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, and great food. We kayaked every day to the shipwrecked yacht and walked to Embas beach for snorkeling, which was remote and secluded. Good snorkeling off the front beach also. Highly recommend and hope to return 😊"

Everything was clean and fresh, beautiful views and the food was amazing but most importantly the staff was the best part, every single one the wait staff, the cleaning crew, the drivers and the garden guys all were absolutely lovely and so friendly they always went out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. "A truly luxury experience. Lagoon pool villas were well appointed and great location to everything whilst still being private. Food first class, ala carte menu changed daily. Staff were of course the highlight of the stay. So happy, helpful and accommodating. All were quick to claim credit as the chef when a meal was praised! "Wonderful location, amazing coral reef on your doorstep with free gear to use. Caroline and Damian do an amazing job - they’re friendly and always so helpful as are the amazing staff with their big smiles! Birdies restaurant poolside was delicious, fresh and great servings.
