The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The highlight for me was the breakfast—it was truly unlike anything I’ve ever seen, with an endless selection of pastries. On our first night, they even provided a turndown service with mints on the pillows. For our early return flight, the hotel arranged a taxi for us at 4 a.m. and even had a to-go breakfast bag ready at the front desk. I highly recommend Hotel Spadai—if you’re visiting Florence, you will not be disappointed!"

"Hotel Baglioni is conveniently located right by the train station and the T2 tram to/from the airport. It is a short walk from the Duomo and the surrounding attractions. The hotel has a lot of old world charm and comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. It is a large hotel with many rooms so the breakfast room can feel crowded. The view of the Duomo from the breakfast room on the 5th floor is incredible. I would definitely stay here again."
