If he had answered Expedia’s calls, the problem wouldn’t exist. The manager reneged on his promise when I arrived. I would have pursued it further had he not assured me of the credit to my account. Bate and switch. I could say more."

"Very comfortable stay. The hotel’s location in the stadium mall is perfect for shopping, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I noticed a slight cigarette smell in my bathroom, but it appears to have been coming from an adjacent room rather than being a hotel issue. The telephone number listed on the booking confirmation is fake, non existent in South Africa. The front desk at the facility said they could not find this booking and I should contact the number on the booking for instructions. This listing should be terminated as soon as possible to save other travelers from being scammed into booking something that do not exist. If you...
