"The staff are professional and courteous and the breakfast delicious keep up the great job guys oh BTW the hotel is close to the airport the shuttle arrived on-time but you must call for pick up"

"The check in was quick and the room size was larger than any hotel I've stayed in. The breakfast was also good for the price. The downsides were that the room smelled a little musty, but when we turned on the AC it was comfortable and the smell went away, and the hotel needs general updating - tiles, pictures and furniture are quite dated."

"Although an older hotel, you can see the commitment to experience for the guests. The food was very good. The rooms were good, I was in an older room. Although I had a great view of the outdoor space, the lighting was dim, and space was a little dated. Colleagues on the other side of the hall had updated rooms (closets, lighting, bathrooms). I was comfortable, felt safe, and was fortunate to enjoy the outdoor space, the food, and the excellent service from the team members. Would recommend this site!"

"An overall nice experience Pros :- friendly staff, nice view of the ocean was able to see the ferries go and come from my room (take a top floor room), nice toiletries, if you traveling with the ferry it's close to the port, good value for money if you take the breakfast package, rooms were clean and towels changed daily, friendly staff (Joseph and Tess), has its own resturant and was convenient. Cons :- was far from the airport and many of the eating places, need a car to move around , hotel was a bit dated, Overall a nice stay"

"This property is very well maintained. The room was lovely. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the location as it is away from the city and surrounded by tropical birds and plants. The property is not a close walk to downtown. We took taxis, which we enjoyed, because the cabbies were friendly and gave us explanations of what we were passing. It is close to the Royal Botanical Gardens and the Zoo, which we enjoyed. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Port of Spain."
