"They are listed on hotels.com but they don't recognize or accept reservations from hotels.com. I had to get rooms and pay on the spot meanwhile I had reserved through hotels.com. We got to the property at about 9:00pm booked new rooms at about 11:00pm after all efforts were exhausted trying to proof that we had reservations. The manager will not even look at my reservation email. The next day the manager told me that he had no idea that the hotel was listed on hotels.com and that he doesn't know...

"I arrived the property which is right off the road, not gated and looks like someone's house in a compound. Noticed lights were flickering, when i asked the lady who was really nice what is going on? She said they have had low voltage and it should be good in a short while.
