"Staff was nice enough, but they appear to be understaffed and the property looks in poor condition. The sofa bed was wrecked inside and it took a half hour to get a cot for our 10 year old. There were only 2 towels in the room when reserved for 5. The employee that brought the cot up said we had to go to the front desk for towels as she was busy.
