"Great communication from the host, clear instructions and answers to questions. Helped us with a bicycle issue we hadn’t the correct tool to fix! Beautiful breakfast supplies left for us, all very fresh. Hot tub ready which the children loved. Close to main shops, supermarket and restaurants. Quirky and memorable place to stay."

"We had the ground floor apartment for a family of four, which was perfect for us. Enjoyed our spa experience and had a lovely evening meal. Plus there was service with a smile from the staff, so a great start to our holiday! "

"Extremely confortable hotel with very professional and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast excellent. Situation in Rouen remarkable and so close to the cathedral. Parking beneath which is easy to access with a vode, simply ring the hotel when you get to the bollarded central area and they'll guide you in."

"Used hotel for 1 night stopover from UK travelling south. Arrived much later than expected, about 2am, extremely friendly & efficient staff member checked us in. Secure car park, loads of spaces. We could smell the pastries being cooked for breakfast so added that on too. Really big spacious family room for 2 adults, 2 teens & our dog - very clean, very comfortable beds. Outside area to sit with dog whilst we ate our breakfast. Outside hotel, small but useful grounds with bins to walk dog. Hotel was perfect for our needs, will definitely use again. "
