"I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey's Hotel and Bungalows. The location was ideal, and my room was exceptionally clean. I loved the beautiful decorations, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! One suggestion to improve the hotel would be to add a gym for guests to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The fantastic customer service is a major reason why I would want to return!"

"Excellent customer service by all. I stayed 5 nights here with my 80 & 84 year parents. The staff were very accommodating to their needs and treated them with the utmost respect. They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with. "The resort is the largest locally owned and they have cultural evenings and fire shows which were great. Most of the sites are dotted around the island so it pays to have a car. The people are really lovely and we were very sad to leave at the end of our stay. "
