"Lord Nelson Hotel & Residences is an excellent place for a large group! My staff, family, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartments were spacious and comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen was extremely convenient, especially for a group our size, as we were able to prepare and enjoy our own meals together. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Lord Nelson to families and large groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"I arrived around 6pm to find out I needed a code to get inside the room, I never receive that code from the property manager, I tried to contact the property but no luck, I had to deal with Expedia for 2 hrs in the phone to find me another place to stay which was 30 min drive from where I was, it is the property job to make sure their guest have that code before arriving. "The staff especially Stella,Deanna and Jason were great. The food was great however they kept running short on food items and liquor. It appears that this resort rations off food liquor and supplies based on the season and/or time of day(if they are about to close). This is not the staffs fault but they have to take the backlash from the guest. Our rooms were not cleaned everyday and not restocked appropriately. "There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties. "Overall we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a Gauguin Suite, which felt more like a private villa than a hotel room.
