"このアパートは現在工事中です。朝8時から夜6時まで工事の音が非常にうるさい。プールも半分は工事中。チェックインの際チェックアウトの仕方を教えてくれなかった。部屋にはインターネットも電話もなく、フロントもないので連絡のつけようがない。アメニティもなく、トイレットペーパーの補充もない。トイレは午前中に下水の匂いがする。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡したが、スタッフの対応が最悪だった。チャットは途中で切られるし、折り返しの電話をリクエストしたが、なかった。帰国後電話したが長時間待たされて繋がらない。 お部屋はまあまあだったが、まだゲストを泊まらせる状態ではないのでは？ このような部屋を紹介しないで欲しい。"

"We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property. Taxis will drop you outside an appartment/shop complex and it's not clear initially where to go. You are only given one access key, which you need to get in and out the building, and requests for a second one were denied, so if...

"裝修很符合Hello Kitty 的氛圍，女兒進去就發出一聲驚呼，但廚房水龍頭搖晃，睡覺翻身床板便嘎吱作響。共三房雙衛，還有一個停車位。訂房時附帶早餐，這是最大的騙局，只有幾包咖啡粉，其他什麼都沒有。入住交接鑰匙後，便人影全無，如果這種態度經營民宿的話，還是免了吧！"

"Fin lys lejlighed med de fasciliteter, der var lovet. Madrasser og hovedpuder var dog hårde og så var poolen under vedligehold hele vores 3 dages ophold. Havde faktisk valgt det bla. pga. den. Ejeren kunne ikke gøre noget ved det eller tilbyde kompensation. Kommunikationen med ham var ellers god, svarede lynhurtigt på WhatsApp."

"Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply."
