"Not the type to write bad reviews, I had a wonderful two week vacation all over Greece and experienced great customer service everywhere except here. Very bad communication with shuttle service. No accountability, staff fought, lots of attitude, rude remarks, no apology. Super disappointed with front desk staff and lack in communication and customer service."

"Our room was very clean and the grounds outside were relaxing to hang out. You could walk to a grocery store and restaurants. The beach is also easy to walk to."

"We missed the shuttle from the airport, as our phones don't work properly in Europe; and the messages/replies sent thru Expedia didn't reach us in time. We ended up taking an Uber. Otherwise, though, the hotel was clean and quaint, the room comfortable, and the staff friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again, particularly as the hotel is only 15 min from the airport."

"Check-in was easy and staff nice. Dinner at restaurant was good. Room was nice and clean, but the sink drain was very slow to drain water. The hairdryer is low quality, and considering the cost of the hotel room it should definitely be a better quality. "

"We chose this location because it was close from the airport, but it's a long ride from downtown Athens if you want to enjoy the city. Self check-in was easy. The room we had lacked a bit of love: floors weren't clean, walls were a bit damaged. No hot water for our shower in the morning :("

"Our first room was dirty and scruffy so we were moved to a different room which was slightly better. It is classed as a tranquil boutique hotel but it was anything but tranquil with lots of children running around. "
