"Ok hotel in tiny vilage, area quiet but there is literally nothing nearby... All food, gas and supermarket needs Have to be gotten in Poprad 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Rooms super plain and spartan. Towels were not change daily, not sure why... Breakfast was average. Overall if You want to send a night in this area there are options in Poprad or in Strebske Pleso, there is No real reason to Look eksewhere... "

"We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the stuff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast was tasty. Pool & SPA are ensuring good relaxation, although a +1~2°C in the pool would make it even better. Only one thing that is a little bit exaggerated = parking fee."

"Hotel has beautiful view on the mountains. It is in very quiet location, nothing/nobody around you. Rooms are nice and spacious. Good breakfast."

"This is a superb property providing spectacular views, transportation to and from the property, great food, clean environment and much more!!"

"We loved the quiet and the view we had from the balcony, as well as the walking trails near the hotel. We took half-board, and for us, that was a mistake because the dinner at the hotel was not tasty for us. Additionally, please note that breakfast also ends relatively early, at 9:00 AM."

"Nice place to be, the park is great after a day full of attraction. Air condition did not work well, so it was hot in the room. Dinner is nice, I think it is better to go to a restaurant."

"Hotel is very nice, children and pet friendly. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are clean only when you come for dinner later than 7:30 pm there is not so much to choose from. The hotel is connected to the Aqua Center. "

"This property encompasses a couple of buildings and a large backyard. There is an open air restaurant on site for food and beverages. The friendly staff speaks English which was very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to the town of Poprad for anyone who wants more dining options. Very nice stop close to the Tatra Mountains "

"Everything about the panoraMic Mountain Residence is amazing from the property itself, including the wellness area (sauna and hot tub); to the location next to the mountain; to the hospitality of the hosts from check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out. I highly recommend during the two-hour wellness session to relax and unwind, especially with the view of the stars outside while in the hot tub. The property looks and feels brand new, is super clean, has all the amenities you could ever need,...

"The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"
