"Excellent place. Had free shuttle into Aspen and also to Aspen Highlands where we caught a shuttle to Maroon Bells. Pool and hot tub were great. Expresso machine for free coffee in lobby."

"I love staying in historic hotels."

"Clean and updated condo. Plenty of space and stocked kitchen."

"Absolutely PERFECT Aspen location! Highly recommend- everything was top notch!"

"Booked a mountain view room. Paid extra to be sure to have it. They dont give it. When you bring it up, they tell you nothing can be done and that the manager works from home"

"You can’t beat the location of this hotel. The breakfast comes with it is fantastic. The problems I had were they charge you $50 for a third person in the two bedroom room and that increases the cost with taxes near $400 and for $400 I would like to see a room without popcorn ceiling, a swimming pool with a light attached instead of it floating. Making it scary to swim. The staff is great . Loved the free hot chocolate."

"Clean rooms and very friendly staff"

"We had an excellent time and the hotel was perfect in every way! It’s a beautiful property!"

"Convenient location, great room."

"The staff was off the charts friendly and accommodating, always wanting to know how your day was and serving with joy. My wife Cathy had the best meal she had EVER had, Lamb and the octopus. It made me feel really good I chose “The Jerome” to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and make her feel special. Thank you Bob"

"Beautiful property close to town walking distance"

"Everything was good"

"The rooms were newly remodeled. Very nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast had many great choices. Quiet property on the river."
