"We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the location. It was very central for us. We loved the Happy Hour the best! It was only bread, cheese and wine/beer. The hotel setup was well done. A great way to end a busy day before going out to dinner. Wish they did that through the weekend! There was a mix up on our reservation but the hotel resolved it to our satisfaction. We were on a high floor corner room and the views were spectacular!"

"It was great"

"In general, the hotel was great - it's a great location, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were spectacular. Having complimentary streaming services available on the in-room televisions were a first for me and very impressive. The main reason I'm withholding a star is that during check-in, there was a large line of guests waiting to check in and there was not enough staff available to attend to everyone. It was surprising to see a downtown hotel in a major city only have 2...

"I picked the property because it was downtown. I made the right choice. The area was close to everything we wanted on our visit."

"Perfect location. Lyfts only took about 3 mins to pick you up."

"Very nice and delicious breakfast"

"A"

"The pool was closed for rehab. Room was clean. Supposed to be food and drink at 5:00 but we didn't see any food sitting out and the line for a drink at the bar was long. Breakfast was good, but over at 9:30 which seemed early. A small bag of chips was $6. Bring your own snacks. Bed and room very comfortable and clean."

"Very clean rooms, staff were absolutely amazing, easy to talk to with questions about the city, breakfast is small selection, but for my party, there were no issues"

"The proximity to downtown was good. The room (s) were great. The place felt safe. I had to park on the street. The window view was two air conditioning units and three walls."

"Only one elevator working in this property. When I came to check in, I had to wait 30 minutes in a queue to get the elevator to the 2nd floor (check in lobby) and then another 10 minutes again after check in to get the elevator up to my floor. Room was somewhat clean, dated rooms, a little mould in the bathroom grouting. Bins in the rooms didn’t look very clean. No water provided by the hotel in the rooms or at the lobby."
