"If you are handicapped this is not a good property for you to stay at. If you have trouble with narrow, winding stairs you should avoid this one. The driveway needs grading badly. Air conditioning in a window unit. Only one person spoke English. Breakfast is expensive. Better to go into Fountainbleau."

"The air con was broken which was a big problem with 3 small children and record Paris temperatures. Fair enough, things can break but it is the way the staff dealt with it on check in. I asked if anything can be done or compensation offered to which she said the only thing that can be done if you are not happy with the room is to go to another hotel. A poor response considering we had arrived at 9pm with 3 tired small children. They knew the air con was broken all day, if this was to be their...

"De appartementen liggen echt IN het bejaardenhuis. De buurt eromheen is verschrikkelijk. Met de handdoeken moest je echt 1 week doen en je kreeg echt geen nieuwe handdoeken als je erom vroeg. Appartementen waren zeer warm en er was geen airco of een ventilator beschikbaar. Het aansluitende terras zat helemaal onder de vogelpoep en was erg vies."
