"The ambiance with nice decor, tango music, classic accents throughout tells you that the hotel wants to give the visitor the full experience.
The staff is extremely courteous and made me feel like a VIP. They offered to make a reservation to a show on our behalf. More impressively is the fact that they placed a small bottle of champagne on ice with two glasses for my birthday.
We also received a room upgrade as Platinum Expedia members. The only areas of improvement are: better quality coffee and the fact that they were always out of scrambled eggs for breakfast."
