"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...

"should grade this hotel as 1 star for everall.... Pls do not expect comfort in the room or in the premises. And do not expect good service from the front desk including the boss which he claim he is.
Terrible experience, cancelled my room even no refund, the so called Boss said can refund at the first place, after 5min, he said no refund.
Not worth value, consider other hotel Please. "
