"Located in a good place for access to the old town etc. staff are friendly and helpful. We encountered the same matters as other guests room was small, shower difficult to get in and out of as compact. The area downstairs to get tea and snacks is nice but we like to be able to make a cup of tea in our room in the morning and at night. Overall we had a nice stay with easy access to tourist sites, the Metro, entertainment and restaurants. "

"The hotel is situated in a lovely place. The breakfast is very good and has everything you can want for. The wi-fi does not work very good in the rooms. The stay at the hotel was a lovely and would stay there again"

"Standard of Hôtel was to next level. Excellent amenities. Very close to Eurostar train station of Lille France. Nice 15 mins walk to old town & Grand place. From our point nothing was missing in our room. Top notch hotel with great luxury feeling. "

"Ce n'est pas la première fois que je loge dans cet établissement, malgré les années, la qualité reste la même.
Les chambres sont belles, la restauration est exceptionnelle.

"This room would be legally non-compliant in the UK; however, France may have different safety regulations. The third bed is on a loft (approximately 6 ft × 4 ft) built above the bathroom and can only be accessed via a ladder, which has to be retracted to allow movement on the main level.
There are two beds in the main room, which are just about suitable for an average-sized person. However, space is very limited, and it’s difficult for two people to move around at the same time. One person...
