"I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. "

"I sayed for 1 night. The bad smell in the room and a low quality in general made me wonder how people are rating the hotels. A/c worked, bed was dirty and there were lots of bugs, water hardly came and construction noice was disturbing from early morning until late evening. Breakfast was below the average in Nepal.
I didn't enjoy staying in this place. "

I have booked hotel bhangeri nagarkot nepal ( confirmation number 156587191097 ) from 8th march to 9 th march . Also payment was made on 7 th march.
But while reaching to hotel , it was closed and under maintance.so we are not able to stay there.
I asked with hotel mgmt and they said sorry. But what will be about my payment is unknown.
I m in trouble by not getting hotel and I am nowhere to stay. Very bad experience from your service.
