"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "

Two guys on the bar - don't know their names but so welcoming - one only been with you 2 months and the other limited English - both great personalities - should be proud of their hospitality skills. "I finally found the piece of paper with names of people to thank at the front desk. I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. Thanks to Mohammed (and Yasmine) and Abderrahmane! Thanks again to the terrific front desk staff! You help me a lot with the lending of the phone charger and you and me feel welcomed at the hotel. The only issues that I did not know about is that there was no heating in the room, only cooling. And I missed the information about the airport shuttle location -- but I finally found it and it was a terrific easy service to get to the hotel from the airport. Overall, it was a great place to stay. "

"Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff. "
