"I have to say, of the 3 places I stayed in Morocco, this had the worst internet, but everything else exceeded the others and all expectations. Breakfasts were very good. The front desk staff was superb. A gentleman even helped me with my bags down the street to meet my taxi. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location to most lovely places one wiuld want to visit. Very clean with nice staff, but at times felt like there were not enough of them. This meant a bit of a delay/ wait. Finally the one issue that was rather disappointing is the fact that all places in the hotel allowed for smoking. "

"The Riad Monceau provided us with the best possible experience of Marrakech. They treated us like family the whole way through, willing to accommodate every request. Truly an amazing place to stay if you want to submerge yourself in the city as the location is unbeatable. Thank you so much to Soufian and Mohamed at the front desk for taking such good care of us. "Room 131 was not ideal. A lot of noise from outside Airco units 24/7. Also garbarge disposal you can heat and it is near the cleaner room. Windows could't be locked. Cabinet was half broken. Shower head has a leak. Toilet door was also not smooth when openening. Also a lot of noise all Day and Night of chairs of tables moving around. It stops around 2.00 am and starts 7.00 am.
