"Clean room"

"Never saw the fitness room, no complementary water or coffee"

"Great location, great food with friendly staff!"

"Great room, good breakfast, reasonable for the area"

"Clean room and good service!"

"Overall, we had a great stay! The facilities and service were excellent. The only minor issue was during check-in: when our reservation couldn't be found at first, the front desk made it feel like it was our fault, which was a bit off-putting. Once that was sorted out, everything was perfect. With a more welcoming front desk approach, it would be a 10/10 stay!"

"No coffee in the room. Walls are super thin and heard the room next to me all night"

"Terrible experience. My husband and I booked a room reservation online and in advance. My mother in-law has a difficult time walking and everything was easy for her to access. The staff was lovely. Very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. Would definitely book again for our next trip down to see my son. Great experience overall."

"First off we arrived and were checked in fairly quickly and easily. The hallways were dimly lit and smelled of mildew and Marijuana. When we arrived in our room (a king bedroom) , there was only one working light in the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. We immediately went back to the front desk to let them know. We were given another key...

"Massages were amazing, restaurant needs some serious attention, cleaning of the floors , more servers , someone to host and guide , all was a bit of a mess on the breakfast area ,"
