"The hotel was beautiful with great amenities and the food was great."

"From the moment I booked to our departure, Lazure exceeded all expectations. I treated my mum to a special birthday break and she thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Lunch by the pool was followed by a relaxing massage at the spa. The atmosphere was simply perfect, creating a sense of luxury and attention to detail. We arrived feeling instantly impressed and left with a strong desire to return. Thank you Lazure for making this celebration truly special. We had an amazing time."

"Rude staff"

"Clean room, plenty of storage space, updated amenities. Hot water ran out a touch quick but it was enough for two people to shower. No complaints from me. If I had to, I would stay here again. Great hotel"

"The hotel is in a stunning location and our room had a fabulous view over the bay. Our initial room was on the third floor in a wing where the lift was out of order. Thankfully we were offered a better option in the other wing, after pointing out our mobility limitations. There were a couple of issues at the hotel, which were sorted out after conversations with the duty managers, who did their best to help and compensate. Breakfast was superb and a good spread to suit all needs. I might...

Toilettenpapier gegeben."

"Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa"

"good"

"Beautiful place but expensive, we needed to get a place for the last night in Montenegro"

"I enjoyed everything about the hotel and their service. Their food was great and the receptionist Lara was so kind and helped us throughout the rest of our trip. I totally recommend this hotel."

"Superbly clean room. Excellent staff at breakfast and breakfast was lovely, the highlight. The barman in the cocktail bar was incredibly rude to my husband, we reported it and the reception lady said she would speak to the manager about it, we were there for a further 7 nights but heard nothing. This is appalling customer services and we would not return because of it. A lot of the staff seemed sullen, a smile would have gone a lomg way !"
