"Though the facility was largely clean, we met the trash unemptied from the previous lodgers and had to sort it out after the facts The staff were mostly friendly and helpful in helping to get taxis to move around town. We had a serene experience as had wanted. The challenge that left a sour taste was the check-in process where we were charged twice and between Expedia and Casa, taking a long time to resolve."
