"A good hotel right on the beach. If you are looking for a small, authentic, quiet and not so luxurious hotel then this is the right choice for you."

Cons - the gym is small and lacks toilet facilities. Lack of designated spaces for smokers, therefore we were exposed to second hand smoking! "We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful and our room on the 3rd floor was very modern and comfortable. The location is great looking over a sheltered bay with lots of complimentary water activities available such as kayaking, paddle boarding etc.. We were also pleased to find quite a good selection of restaurants within walking distance (Bullies and the Beach House in particular). "The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. "C-Mauritius is a great value for money 4-star hotel. Staff are going the extra mile to make you feel warmly welcome. The food variety and quality/taste are very nice as compared to some other 4 or even 5 star hotels on the island. Ms. Anastasia of the reception will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is wonderful, provided that locals don't make their dogs become an issue on the beach. "
