"We would definitely recommend the Royal Beach Hotel if you're thinking of staying in Nosy Be. As well as being a lovely, clean and enjoyable place to stay, the staff were what made it for us. Everyone from the team on reception, the dinning staff to the gardeners, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They all made sure we were well catered for. The staff also really showed up for us when our flights were cancelled. They went above and beyond to help us find alternative routes home...

"Absolutely horrible. Will never ever stay here again. We checked in to a plunge pool villa. The pool was dirty and gross, beach towels laid out hasn't been washed in forever. Inside there is no ceiling fans only the stand alone portable fans. It was so hot with no air conditioning. The bed sheets were very dirty with dead bugs on them as well as dead bugs around the entire villa. Not to mention as well live bugs, including many mosquitoes. The entire place hasn't been cleaned. Twice, I asked...

"The had the most amazing time at Voi Amarina resort. It’s like a little paradise on earth. The staff was great, especially Samuela the front of house manager, she assisted us with all the requests. "The room was spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and a couple of them spoke english so that was reallly helpful. The location is convenient. A few minute walk down to the main restaurants and bars. The walk can be a little dark, so have your camera flashlight handy. It is a really safe area, no issues at all. The only 2 issues i had were that the tv didn't work, only the menu page loaded but no channels and i tried having a hot bath, but there was no hot water. Either than that,...
