"Colonial hotel was great. Nice outdoor areas to sit in and a great pool."

"The air conditioner was dripping from the moment we turned it on... the floor was soaked and we had to use all the towels in the room to dry up the floor, and keep it from running across the room. Was dripping so much that it sounded like smacks on the wet towels. Previous water damage on the floors and door, obviously this was an ongoing issue. On the way out we noticed other opened doors were also full of water right below the ac unit."

"The property needs an update, the room needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Some attempts have been attempted but either not completed or not successful at the moment. There should be new bed linens and towels. The bed pillows should also be cleaned or replaced as there was an odor. My assessment is that the property has seen better days and would be better served if they were more focused on improving the quality and appearance and then focusing more attention on the customer satisfaction."

"We stop in Sarnia on our way to Michigan and have stayed at the Four Points previously, but we have a teen boy and need a one bedroom suite and they didn’t have one this year, so we ended up in their Executive Suite. The parking and building entrances are a little bizarre. The hotel restaurant wasn't open around 8pm on a Monday. The front desk staff was a little curt, but mostly fine. The room itself was very clean, very modern, and well appointed. They have L’Occitane products and a Nespresso...

"The facility is a college residence during the year and provides inexpensive lodging during the summer. The problem I had as a short person is that the beds are very, very high so that students can store their gear under them. I asked the front desk for a stool and they did not have any. I was able to take a flat chair ( the desk chairs in the room were partial rockers) from the game and was this able to climb into bed.
