"Great staff"

"The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

"The location of the property is great but it is getting old with serious need for major renovation. There is also a lack of attention to details. Many standard amenities were missing in the suite. The reception staff need to be more attentive to customer needs."

"Excellent staff, clean rooms and a wonderful overall experience."

"Classic hotel with great staff"

"Excellent staffers."

"Good"

"Room was okay and clean, The nights were extremely noisy because there is a sitting area outside the room and many would sit at early morning hours and would talk very loudly, being very inconsiderate to the other hotel guests. This sitting area outside the room have to taken away"
