"I was unable to stay due to snow storm..and the Hotel calling center don't speak English "

"Staff polite, room clean , property needs maintenance. "

"Excelent services, gum, spa, swimming Pool , the personal was very friendlt and helpful. Rooms are very good, and breakfast very generous!"

"Breakfast was great and the room was good. However staff at reception should be more customer service savvy, be more patient with clients and learn how to communicate with them."

"Good place to stay"

"The people are dishonest. I booked with them because the reservation said they offered free 24 hour shuttle service. The day prior to my check-in I called to arrange the airport pick up, to my surprise and demise the clerk said I had to pay €95 for the pickup alone and refused to honor their false advertisement. I had to book a hotel elsewhere, because this hotel is very far from the airport. I don’t recommend dishonesty. Also, to date they have refused to refund me my money. "

"Excellent location. Had a superb view. And best if all was reasonably priced."
