"The room was very dirty. The bed had hairs on it and the floors were do dirty that we did not take our shoes and off."

"There were used towels in our bathroom and the floor was filthy. The room appeared clean and spa like. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and the bathroom doors did not close."

Location, room was spacious and updated, onsite restaurant was very nice, walkable to the unesco visiting site Cons- asked to set a time for breakfast cannot just show up, limited breakfast menu centered around scone and yogurt, no outside fire pit which would have been nice with their outdoor seating, our room had a fireplace but it was not usable but would have been nice for the chilly evenings"
