Petite histoire pour illustrer le sens du service client : Nous avons du quitter l'hôtel 1 jour plus tôt suite à une erreur sur la date du billet de retour. Bien que l'hôtel n'en n'avait pas l'obligation , ils ont accepté très naturellement le remboursement de la nuit supplémentaire et surtout ont fait le nécessaire pour que hotels.com valide cette annulation, ce qui n'était pas naturel de la part...

"The apartment was great, comfortable beds, beautiful view. They had the extra bed setup for us on arrival as requested. Nice building, great setup for our family of 5. Full kitchen, but there's so many restaurants nearby that we barely used it."
