Front desk staff was great

Everyone in the hotel were friendly professional and Amazing. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is super comfortable, the shower and washroom super clean. The swimming pool great suits every age. Loved the kids activities have lots to offers to families

I really like my room because its really nice, neat and clean. They also have friendly staff. I really enjoy my stay here.

たまたまでしょうが、ホテルの隣でイベントがあったようで、朝うるさかったです。

The thing I like is the hot water and cleanliness of the room. The thing I dont quire like is the AC not strong enough during noon time

Just ok ... not so special such as location and also the lobby or parking area

the room is clean and good. a few car park is available in front of the hotel, but in the back yard still enough space to park.

Amazing hotel with land area of 43 hectares. There are a lot of activities, example paint ball in Forrest, camping, flying Fox, water park, animals farm, eco tourist, water fall. However, I like the friendly staff and soak inside rejuvenate thermal pools at cool climate of 14° Celsius. 2 nights is too short to explore all amenities of the hotel.
