"Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast variety and professional friendly staff! We enjoyed the location as away from noise and slept through night for the 4 days we were there ! Room service was brilliant and beds shower lovely. Mihaly was an excellent doorman and Daniel the machine gun a friendly porter. "I’ve been to this hotel in the past and I must say this time they totally outdid themselves. The service was impeccable timely. The food was great. The recommendation of concierge of the restaurant was perfect. I cannot wait to go back. It’s one of the best four seasons I ever been to they should implement that service in four seasons in New Orleans"

"Breakfast offer was outrageously expense. If purchasing the breakfast package we had to purchase for entire stay. We were leaving very early on the lay day and didn’t have time for breakfast. At $40 euro per day and we didn’t have time, that’s ridiculous that you couldn’t make an exception. Your other exception was $35 euro EACH for breakfast. I couldn’t eat $35 euro of food. "I love the location as it is 5 mins walk to the station for trains to town. It is a fairly big hotel with clean and spacious rooms that is well equipped. The swimming pool and jacuzzis were a good bonus and the breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic. More importantly was the staff, all very friendly, supportive and professional. We had a fantastic 3 night stay"

"The reason I booked the hotel was for the New York Cafe and the breakfast the next day at the Cafe as well. Since you get to sit in the White Room and you get better views and pictures. The staff at the restaurant was superb and friendly, but not so much when you check in at the front desk. "Uselt bemötande av personalen och hotellet var inte alls den standard som utlovats! Poängterade flera ggr att det var alldeles för varmt på rummet, ac var avstängd, inget varmvatten, inte fräscht, efter poängterade brister erbjöds vi först ett rum, sedan ett annat! Det var knappt nägra gäster eftersom de bygger om och renoverar! Har haft bättre service på vandrarhem! "
