Great modern Hotel in heart of city centre. 2 minute walk to Budapest eye and 25 m away from one of the Christmas Markets. Main shopping area (Fashion Street) also just 3 minutes walk. Great themed hotel rooms electronically controlled and great central atrium area for breakfast and wine & cheese at 4pm. Loads of restaurants within walking distance including numerous traditional Hungarian. Coffee shops also within easy walking distance - all in all excellent hotel with a very fresh feel and in...

Very good!

Location was central and you can walk to most places with 10-15 mins. Beautiful hotel overall, staff were friendly and helpful, our room was nicely presented, there was also chocolates and hand written card to welcome us and there were complimentary snacks in the mini fridge etc. You get his and her robes, towels etc, and if you care about the nitty gritty bits like having Netflix etc that's there too. There is of course the food place downstairs too, so overall a very good hotel and pleasant...

Excellent hotel, great quality and value for money!

Great location. Large selection at breakfast. Rooms were lovely.

Amazing interior design, brand new, loved the glassed bathroom!!

Centrally located, walking distance from many of the main tourist sights. So many good food options nearby too. Definitely recommend for a lovely stay.

We had a 2 night pre Xmas stay and what a hotel we chose. Perfect central location for everything. Shopping, markets and our river cruse. Everything was within a 10 min walk. Hotel fantastic. Breakfasts superb and wonderful staff and service. Faultless.

We had an amazing time the in Four Seasons Gresham Palace. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very luxurious. The hotel staff were all fluent in English and were only too happy to help with whatever we needed, for example, booking taxis for us, offering us robes & towels to take to the Turkish Baths. The Spa at the hotel was lovely and clean and although the pool was only small (two lanes) we often had it all to ourselves. The hotel is in a great location - lots of restaurants...

The hotel was smart and quirky and the staff very helpful and friendly

Excellent location. Spacious clean well appointed bedroom. Excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the concierges. Great bar to relax in.

Great hotel, good location

The check in online process was really easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfectly positioned to walk and explore Budapest, with endless lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.

The Hotel is located in a quiet inner lane. However, a 200 metre walk beings us to the Suburban Metro Station and the main roads of the city. There is a departmental store and a few restaurants as well in the vicinity of the hotel. It is quite conveniently located for covering some of the tourist parts of the city on foot, though it's a long walk. Anyway, the beauty of Budapest lies in walking and using its tram services. Judging Hotel rooms and facilities is a bit of a challenge, coming from...

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and excellent location for exploring Budapest. Only negative was that the roof top bar which was a major selling point was closed during the time we were there but we weren’t informed prior to arrival

My wife and I have just returned from a 4 day/3 night stay at the Oktogon Haggenmacher to celebrate our wedding anniversary. First of all the hotel is visually stunning, the rooms are clean and well appointed too. We opted for a top floor double superior room with breakfast included. The breakfast itself was delicious with a wide selection of food available. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Danube and surrounding attractions, I would suggest buying a city card as this...

Can't really find any faults with the hotel, with the exception of the breakfast scrambled eggs, but every hotel in Budapest cooks them the same horrible way, so what are you going to do. Place is quiet, incredibly clean, has comfy beds, and the aircon works. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite, and you're on the doorstep of a restaurant serving the best fillet steak you're ever going to have. I had a really enjoyable stay.

Great location within easy reach of tourist sights and nice restaurants/bars. Apartment was excellent with a great balcony too to have breakfast. Would definitely like to book here again.
