Deserves 6 stars. One of best 3 hotel stays in last 30 years. Rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable, great bathrooms. Excellent mattress, good pillows, soft duvet. We recently stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-la and had a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It's perfect for anyone looking to explore the city. The food at the hotel's restaurant was another highlight. Overall an excellent hotel! Very well presented throughout, including the lobby, pool area and outdoor terrace bar. Our room was well equipped and came with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour. Breakfast lacked choice for my liking and could be improved, but overall would recommend and stay here again.

ALL OF THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL AND WE LOVED THE HOTEL ,LOCATION 10 MINUTE WALK TO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC PLACE. NOT ALL FACILITIES ARE OPEN BUT THE HOTEL MET OUR NEEDS. WE ARRIVED FROM DUBAI AT 07.15 AM AND WERE CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY (CHECK IN OFFICIALLY 14.00). THIS WAS GREAT SERVICE AT NO EXTRA COST.

What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so...

The W benefits from a fab location right on the MTR line. So it was great for getting from the airport, and sightseeing. Moreover its ethos is great too. We had a lovely room, with wonderful views and the amenities were top notch. Swimming pool and fitness area were beautiful. Breakfast featured everything you’d ever want. And the staff were exemplary. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent as always! I wouldn't consider using another similarly priced hotel in Causeway Bay as Lanson Place is just the perfect place for a biz trip stay. No doubt you can get cheaper, but LP is the tops for style and comfort.

Located within 5 walking minutes of the star ferry to Hong Kong island and 10 minutes walk to Temple night markets with great eateries. This hotel is perfect luxury after a full day's sightseeing.

Loved our stay at the Courtyard Sha Tin. We requested adjoining rooms which was brilliant. Our Double Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable beds, and we appreciated the bathrobes and slippers. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, from Check in, concierge, breakfast, and housekeeping - all excellent. Really good choices at MoMo Restaurant for breakfast too. Cannot fault this Hotel, have recommended to others and will definitely return. Thank you!

Spent a week at this excellent hotel. Shared a room with my 21 year old daughter. Great location within five minutes of the Star Harbour Ferry and the MTR station. Short walk to some great restaurants. Really good size room with two big double beds, fab bathroom, lovely helpful staff, spotlessly clean, free wifi, actually I can't rate it highly enough. If your going to Hong Kong stay here, we loved it.

Great hotel and would return. We just coincided with an advertised hotel renovation but minimal disruption.

Great location. A room with a view of the harbour is 100% worth it. All the staff were extremely helpful. Food at the lobby bar was excellent. Gym was good. The hotel is dated but it did not detract from our stay.

We had a great stay and actually returned here for a second time during this trip—zero issues either time, and we’d gladly come back again. The location is ideal, especially traveling as a family. You are very close to both East Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui stations, and having step-free/lift access at both made getting around with luggage and kids completely hassle-free.
