"This hotel has a secure parking garage underneath it. Safe access by lift or stairs to their reception desk & to rooms. There is also a luggage trolly at reception if you need it. The staff are very pleasant & helpful & the rooms are very clean. We had a lovely ocean view from our spacious room with a very comfortable king sized bed. There is a lovely local café below the hotel for breakfast & lunch, which is accessable from level 1 in the hotel. Ideal on those cold wet days. The location is...

"The rooms are very tired and dated. Noise from neighbouring guests was an issue and a party went on well into the early hours. I would not stay here again."

"The spa bath was a bonus and was wonderful. Great layout and the motel were close to all amenities.
The only thing that let it down was the little things that needed maintenance. If they checked regularly or get their cleaning staff to let management know of the repairs, then they can fix the issues.
Like I said they were minor issues that they can easily fix and get a 5 star. I would still come back to this motel, and I still highly recommend them."

"I thought it was a great hotel.
But I thought the message in the binder about refusing to return anything accidentally in the room was a shame!
Seemed really unfriendly!
But a lovely place to stay ( if you don’t leave anything behind by mistake!)"

"Staff were kind and polite, and the cleaners do a good job but it’s very run down. Ripped carpet, holes in the walls, ripped wallpaper and chipped paint. Definitely needs work! Couch was stained and so were some of the bed covers. We won’t be staying again unfortunately."
