"La chambre était propre, l'accueil à l'arrivée très cordial. Cependant, un effort doit être absolument fait quant à la propreté des sanitaires communs. Les douches notamment, devraient même être entièrement refaites à neuf ! Si vous avez l'habitude de fréquenter des campings 1 étoile, ça peut passer. Une nuit nous a suffit..."

"Do not go there. They pretend to be a 4 star hotel but they are not. No room service everyday, no AC working, room was very hot and not enjoyable to stay, no TV for 2 days out of our 3 nights stay, very poor internet, works barely sometimes. Had to go to reception to ask for towels, for shampoo, for toilet paper! It’s a 2 star hotel max. Unfriendly staff and poor attendance. Used to go there when it was olivarius and it was just perfect. Now with new management and their new name Cowool, quality...

"Attention en cas de forte chaleur. La climatisation n'était pas cohérente. Un filet d'air ambiant passait alors qu'il était était indiqué 18°. Le personnel a pu me donner une autre chambre de l'autre côté, à l'ombre, donc chambre plus fraîche. Cependant cette nouvelle chambre manquait un peu de propreté, des moustiques et autres insectes mort étaient présent en bord de fenêtre et sur le rideau... Sinon literie impeccable, le confort est très bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner."

"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. "
