"It is an older property, and it shows. But it was a decent price and centrally located. The beds were ok, the bathroom was good. The cafe in the lobby seemed to never be open. The restaurant downstairs was open but i didnt eat there. The bar seemed nice but was empty. The pool is really nice. The garage elevator is far from the lobby and is kind of creepy. The TV doesnt have many channels. The hallway from that elevator to the pool area smells like a liter box. Lastly, they should really add...

"I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t. "The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop.
I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. "
