"The staff were amazing. My company booked the hotel but didn’t account for the time change, but the front desk worked it all out and got us into our room with no problems. The outdoor pool is nice they have two which gives you options and access the beach below."

"Weekend stay was impressive for providing family fun on many levels. We had three rooms. The various pools were well maintained with life guards. The pirate show was great entertainment for all. It exceeded expectations. The food was average at the show, but portions large. The grounds were well maintained with many flame trees and other flowering plants in bloom. Water features were everywhere and blended into the overall island atmosphere. The room was clean and modern. Everything worked perfectly! Breakfast buffet variety was a plus. Jenny in guest services was especially helpful. There are multiple buildings/towers — signs guide the way and staff was always friendly and helpful. A longer stay is my only regret."

"Outstanding breakfast buffet and also the evening food and drinks on the club floor was excellent. The staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful. The bathroom room layout was a little unique, but efficient, although I wouldn’t recommend that type of room if you are staying with more than two persons and you expect a little privacy. Overall a well satisfied stay."

"First of all, the good. The hotel is in an excellent location! Right where you want to be in town. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The hotel is very clean (read below though) and the room was well appointed. The breakfast buffet was good and had a large selection to choose from! Bed was very comfy, the linens soft, and the towels were fluffy!! I had dinner at the bar area and it was really good - i had pork katsu and it was a big portion, well presented in traditional Japanese style and was only $18, including unlimited ice tea!! Oh and the pool was great as well, big, crystal clear. The not so good; the property is feeling the effects of decreased tourism and or needs a good refurbishment. While it is very clean, there is chipping paint in lots of places, etc. like on exterior walls, the pool bottom, and other places. Despite that, the hotel is well appointed and clean amd friendly. I will stay here again!"

"I arrived late during the day and left early the next date, so I do not have much to write about. It is a nice hotel with a good price for Tumon, Guam (about $105 a night). The gift shop is open until 11 am. Good."
