Atenea Park - Suites Apartments

Atenea Park - Suites Apartments

10/10 Excellent
"It's my 4th time staying here over the years and I love this hotel. It is clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and its so close to the beach you can hear the waves at night. It is located in a quiet and safe area, that is close to grocery stores, restaurants and transit. The bus stop is 1 block away and the train into Barcelona is only a 15 minute walk. A few suggestions: The kitchen in the room has lots of dishes and plates, but could use more cooking tools like a spatula to make eggs. And a larger cooking pot would be nice too. Also if the doors had rubber door sweeps then you wouldn't hear noise in the hallway. The weather was bad so didn't use the pool but I have in the past and its great. Providing pool towels would be a nice feature as well, even if we have to pay a deposit. Lastly if you provided towel racks for the room then people wouldn't hang towels to dry out their windows. With regards to the cost, it was a lot more this time than when I have stayed in the past. Consider cleaning rooms, every other day, so that you can keep costs low and room rates affordable for those of us who like to stay longer. Overall I really love staying here because it takes you out of the hectic Barcelona city and allows you to enjoy the serenity of the beautiful coastal beaches. I often stay a week or more and love the convenience of having what feels like my own apartment to stay while I'm here. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to my next stay."
