"Because of airplane delay I asked the manager to change my reservation into the next day, he accepted it. This hotel is located at the city center and it is very convenient to have dinner around. Across the street, there is a bus station in which we can go to the south station and wr can get on the express bus. Also breakfast is served."

Of course all luxury and service you expect from Hyatt is there including great food and drinks. Highly recommend this place and I will stay there during my next visits in Lanzhou. "

"The hotel was within a 10 minute walk of the night market and bigger shopping areas and restaurants. It's got a good staff and we were able to communicate decently using translators on our phones. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was quiet in the rooms. Would definitely stay again."
