"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant staff and front desk team were consistently courteous, friendly, and welcoming.
There were, however, a few issues that affected our experience. Service was slow at times, and we did not have hot water in our suite. Although the issue was addressed, the water never became fully hot and remained only lukewarm. We also found the pool water to be quite cold, especially for the month of July.
While these concerns were disappointing, the beautiful surroundings and the excellent hospitality from the staff helped make our stay enjoyable."
