Domaine du Chesney is a stunning property in beautiful grounds. Service was excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay.

A lovely location with lots of amenities for families. Breakfast was excellent, but obviously no dining available in the evenings, but the team gave plenty of recommendations locally which was great. Staff were extremely helpful.

Probably the world’s most sumptuous bed and breakfast, the chateau is beautifully restored and outfitted with an assortment of antiques and contemporary fittings. The owners are wonderfully welcoming and really went out of their way to make my short stay memorable

A gem of a place for a birthday overnight stay. Laurent and Bruno were exceptionally warm and welcoming and our son was delighted that his bedroom had the beautiful view of the Chateau Gaillard! Seizing the moment early Sunday morning to look at the respective views whilst reading, we knew we would like to return for longer. The best breakfast on Sunday morning made it hard to leave. Thank you!!

Lovely, peaceful haven with a lovely team 🌟

Lovely big room with very nice bathroom, all tastefully refurbished and very comfortable to a very high standard. Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful, suggesting local restaurants and places. Parking easy. A good base to explore local chateau and beaux village. Town itself not that exciting but we had missed the famous farmer market on Wednesday. Breakfast offered but we didn’t take it, but looked nice. Great for an overnight stop on the way to our ferry crossing.

Lovely welcoming host. Great room, bathroom and very comfortable bed. The only thing I would suggest is a mirror by the table for ladies to do hair and makeup. There was a big event on during the evening but this was in no way a detriment to our stay. No restaurant on site so suggest do your research and book ahead in Evereux. Breakfast was good.

Great spot. Lovely clean, well maintained hotel with lovely grounds and right next to a river where you can take a long walk. Super accessible location and very quiet surroundings. Only slight downside was the breakfast which was very limited.

Beautiful place with large rooms and private parking. The restaurant was closed but the owner recommended Le Carpe Diem nearby which was excellent.

Friendly welcome and efficient staff. The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely bathroom with good pressure in the shower. Parking is fine but a little tight with a larger car.

In 40 years holidaying I can honestly say Hotel Diligence is one of the best that my wife Anne and I have stayed at. The furnishing are beautiful/comfortable bed/ lots of little Knick Knacks to make our stay even more enjoyable. and a very good breakfast. I whole heartedly recommend staying there
