"La résidence est un peu vétuste. L’appartement était très poussiéreux. Pas de 2ème clef possible à obtenir ( à priori pas pour tous les appartements). Pareil pour l’espace piscine, un grand rafraîchissement serait nécessaire ! Loin d’un 3etoiles."

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "We had a nice stay. The apartment was well equipped, the pool area was very nice, and the locking bicycle area (with tools) was helpful. It is a good base for many of the cycling climbs in the area around La Massana. It is possible to walk from the apartment to La Massana and Ordino."
