"Stayed there for six days. Out of all the Restaurants for dinner only the buffet and one of the others were available and per the lobby unhelpful staff was because not enough guest in the property. Most of the wait staff in the buffet restaurant were not helpful to our simple needs . "The location is phenomenal. I would stay here again just for the beautiful views and spacious rooms with patio. However, there was no hot water in our rooms and when I inquired the staff instructed me to play with the electrical panel breakers in the room closets. "I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, and I looked forward to every meal. I did experience an issue with my transportation pickup, but the hotel manager handled the situation professionally and kindly credited the amount I spent on transportation toward my stay.
