"The property is undergoing a renovation which caused a few minor hiccups but the professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff made up for any slight inconvenience! Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail reception in their new patio area. I can't wait to visit again to check out the new restaurant they're opening soon :) Bravo to Violet and her enthusiastic front desk staff and to F&B Director Ed for delivering true customer service during our stay... "I was actually shocked once I arrived. Usually hotels that have an amazing rate like this are ran down but I took a chance and it paid off. Once I arrive the property of the hotel was very clean, very good customer service. The room was very clean and updated. The location was quiet and I felt safe. Across the highway is a lovely park on the river. I would definitely return here when I’m in the area!"
