"Un défaut d'entretien général. On est sur une île, donc les seules activités sont la piscine et la mer, or... où sont les transats ? Il doit y en avoir une douzaine au maximum à la piscine, cherchez l'erreur vu le nombre de tentes et autres en pleine saison... En me promenant sur l'île, j'ai en fait retrouvé les transats !! "We had a beautiful stay - an exceptional hotel with beautiful facilities! Bed was big and exceptionally comfortable! Breakfast was fantastic and a delight everyday! The premium beach sunbeds cost more, but worth it. Only improvements I’d suggest - A better welcome and introduction on check in - the person who checked us in was extremely flat. "Pool. Conveniently located as we were leaving on a ferry from Gruz, just 5 minute taxi drive away. It is also on the bus route to old town."

"Place is just lovely, with a beach right on the coast. Hotel was well maintained and staff were always very helpful. We had a breakfast buffet included with our room that was just excellent. The location is 15 to 30 minutes from oldtown, depending on traffic, by local bus. The bus service was great, getting us door to door from the hotel to old town and we didn't have to worry about renting a car and parking. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone visiting dubrovnik."

"Lovely hotel, and location. Nice walk round the bay into Hvar old town. Pool is lovely, breakfast is great. view from hotel out to pool, and sea beyond is truly gorgeous. Superior room was modern, but quite small, and the balcony overlooked a side street, so could have been better, and not much wardrobe or storage space. Beach attached to hotel is nice, and the water was lovely to swim in. Unfortunately even though we were staying at hotel they wanted to charge us 20EUR each for a sunbed! And...

"They were fabulous! I had a bit of a mix up with theDubrovnik Pass and they were able to translate email exchanges and make calls for me. The breakfast is wonderful and filling etc. Its a nice drive to Old Town"

"kein 5 Sterne Hotel, nicht für Paare gedacht, sondern wirklich nur für Familien. Handtuch besetzen etc. notwendig. All-Inclusive auch eher ok, wenig Auswahl, immer das Gleiche, der Kaffee leider nicht gut. Das Haus selbst ist aber sehr schön, sowie auch die Anlage."

"The hotel was a bit conference focused and impersonal. If I had it to do over again I would have saved a few bucks and stayed at the Valamar family-friendly hotel. That being said, I have nothing bad to say about the stay. Stay were lovely, dinner buffet was worth the cost, and the nearby beaches were stunning. Maro world was a nice bonus. Not many kids there when we stayed so my son got a bit bored but it was free and the staff was lovely"
